With an authentic fireplace and stone oven at your disposal, you'll get a deep dive into the traditional regional dishes first hand at your own pace. You'll stay in a private mountain retreat located near the mouth of the Tiber River in Mt. Fumaiolo. The 4 bedroom, 19th century house has 2 fireplaces and was once part of a convent. The chef lives in the house next door. The entire house is reserved for just you and your party.
