Stefano Corvucci, CEO of the Culinary Institute of Bologna will be your private chef and host during your stay. You’ll stay in a mountain house and be given personal cooking lessons by Stefano. You’ll work side by side in the kitchen with a program catered to your interests.
Chef will introduce you to the famous Artusi cookbook, The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well. Artusi wrote this book shortly after the unification of Italy and is widely regarded as the first gastronomic treatment ofItalian cusisine.
Every day you will learn how to make handmade pastas (no machines), sauces, sides and main courses. With an authentic fireplace and stone oven at your disposal, you'll get a deep dive into the traditional regional dishes first hand at your own pace. Discover authentic meat, vegetarian and fish dishes from all over Italy.

You'll stay in a private mountain retreat located near the mouth of the Tiber River in Mt. Fumaiolo. The 4 bedroom, 19th century house has 2 fireplaces and was once part of a convent. The chef lives in the house next door. The entire house is reserved for just you and your party.
Enjoy a unique experience entertaining clients or fellow employees. Learn how to make pasta by hand and then enjoy your team's labor with local wine and beverages. The class can be held in a professional kitchen in the historic city center. Minimum 10 people.
